Mrs. V. Phaniraja Kumari (57), a housewife, relates a few of her experiences of the Divinity of Bhagavan in her own words.

'As my husband was working at Tirupati with jurisdiction over Anantapur District, we had the opportunity to visit Puttaparthi several times.

Once in 1994, we went to Puttaparthi. I sat in the Darshan lines with a letter in my hand. I wrote in it about the marriage of my daughter Hema as well as about the health of my husband. That was my first visit to Puttaparthi. Swami came along the Darshan lines. I took Padanamaskar. 'Give me the letter', Swami asked and took the letter. Some one by my side was carrying a tray full of chocolates. Swami took a handful and threw. I also got one. I wept overwhelmed by joy. After that, my daughter's marriage was consummated in February 1995. We also got orders of transfer to Hyderabad. It was very convenient to be at Hyderabad, and perform the marriage.

Later, we went to Puttaparthi for Dasara. We were there for three days. In spite of heavy rain, the crowd was heavy. However, I could get in. Swami sprinkled Yajna-theertham personally on all of us.

In 1996, I went to Puttaparthi again. We were trying to perform my third daughter, Mridula's marriage. I sat in the Darshan line with a letter. Swami came to me and took the letter. Within a few months we could marry her off.

In 2002, we tried to get our last daughter Neelima married. We tried many alliances in vain. I was praying to Baba. One day, Baba came into my dream. 'Why do you worry?' Baba told me, 'Neelima's wedding will be done well'. The next day, we had a phone call that a bridegroom from the USA was in Hyderabad and was looking for a suitable alliance. He came to us that day around 9:30 p.m. and saw the bride and Okayed. They have been devotees of Bhagavan. The name of their house at Kakinada is Sri Sathya Sai Residency. The marriage of my daughter was performed with him well. They are now in the USA.

Owing to Bhagavan's grace all my four daughters were married. All our sons-in-law are good people. No problems from any side. I had the good fortune of having Darshan of Bhagavan in my dreams a few times as if He was assuring me of His protective company.'
