Anantapur Campus.
Ms. Sunita Vaidya, a student of the first year M.Sc. of the Sri Sathya Sai Institute
of Higher Learning, Anantapur Campus narrates an experience of the Divinity of Bhagavan
in her own words.
'In the Sports Meet, I was participating in an event in which I had to climb poles
deftly and swiftly. After a few days of practice, I had bruises all over my palms
and feet. It became extremely difficult to do all my daily chores - brushing, bathing,
eating food, or practicing. I found relief in telling Swami my problem. I used to
converse with a particular photograph of Swami in the dining hall.
One morning, in the early hours, I had a dream. I dreamt that it was the final day
and, at the end of our performance, Swami came down the dais to bless us with a
group photo. His loving glance fell on me and my bruises. The next moment Swami
was mentioning to me the name of a medicine that I should apply on my bruises. When
I woke up, all that I remembered is that it is a herbal medicine. However much I
tried, I could not recollect the exact name. Helplessly, I carried on with great
difficulty. Somehow I managed the final day's performance. And then came Bhagavan's
loving gifts - the prizes that He sends for every one who takes part in the Sports
Meet. The gifts were picked up at random from the variety that Bhagavan had sent.
When I received my packet, it had in it, to my pleasant surprise, a herbal foot
lotion!'
