Smt. Nirmalamma (40), a housewife, relates a few of her experiences of the Divinity of Bhagavan in her own words.

'Though I was married at an early age, I did not beget children for a long time. People used to comment that I had no chance of having children. I used to feel very unhappy to hear such words.

In 1996, I came to Prasanthi Nilayam. During darshan, Swami came to the side where I was sitting. 'I have no children, Swami' I prayed to Bhagavan, 'pray, bless me'. Swami materialized vibhuti and gave me. He moved on saying 'pudataru, pudataru (will be born)'.

I returned to Aleru where we were residing then. People began to laugh at me as there was no sign of pregnancy till late 2004. 'She is crossing the age of conception' people used to say, 'and she still believes that Baba's words would come true.'

Yes. I still believed in Baba. No word coming from God can ever be untrue. In July 2005, I was blessed with a girl child to the surprise of all. All those who were ridiculing my faith had to shut their mouths.

In August 2005, we came to Prasanthi Nilayam. In fact, we shifted to Puttaparthi for good. Doctors told us that the girl has a hole in her heart. The babe was feeling difficulty in breathing. We sat in darshan line. 'Swami' I pleaded, 'they say that the babe has a hole in her heart'. 'Who said so?' Swami asked. 'Doctors' I replied. Swami materialized vibhuti and gave me.

'Swami' I prayed, 'please give the child a name'.

'There is time' Swami quipped 'till the day of her marriage!' He moved on. All people around laughed.

Miraculously, the child was healed of her heart problem at once. She showed no sign of breathing difficulty after applying the vibhuti. Later, we took her to doctors for a check up. The doctors were surprised. 'She is all right' they said and asked 'what treatment did you arrange for her?' 'No treatment at all' I replied, 'Swami gave her vibhuti'.

'Say so' the doctors at the SSSIHMS, Prasanthigram remarked, 'Swami and Swami alone could do it'.'
