      Mrs. M. Shyamala (47), a housewife, relates a few of her experiences of the Divinity of Bhagavan in her own words.

'I had the good fortune of having darshan of Bhagavan Sri Sathya Sai Baba at Hyderabad in 1972 for the first time.

In 1985, we went to Sringeri and other places. On return, my husband had chest pain. We prayed to Swami. He underwent all tests. All was normal.

In 1992, I was in Seva at Sivam, Hyderabad, when Swami came there. We were blessed with padanamaskar by Swami in the end.

In 1998, Swami granted us interview. We took padukas with us. Swami put His Divine feet on them and blessed. We also participated in padukothsavam at Prasanthi Nilayam that year.

Swami included our son Vamsikrishna in mass upanayanams performed at Prasanthi Nilayam. Swami gave yajnopaveetham personally. We all took padanamaskar. Swami materialized akshatas and sprinkled on us.

My younger son Srinivas was in seva once. Swami called that entire group and personally presented a new 500 Rupee note to each, and pant and shirt. We still have that note. He also presented him a watch along with others.'
