Mr. M. Muni Reddy (74), an agriculturist, relates a few of his experiences of the
Divinity of Bhagavan in his own words.
'One Mr. Harinarayana Reddy of our village suffered financial set back and ran away
from the house. He joined some persons going to Puttaparthi, and went with them
to Prasanthi Nilayam. After a few years, he returned as a wealthy person. He told
us all about Bhagavan and how his fate had changed for better owing to His grace.
That is how I heard about Bhagavan for the first time in 1970.
That year I went to Prasanthi Nilayam. I bought a book of Ramayana and was reciting
it. Though I finished reading the book, Swami did not call me for interview. I closed
the book and was thinking to return to my village, as there was no hope of getting
interview. Just then Swami called me for interview. At the outset Swami materialised
vibhuti and gave it first to ladies and then to us. He talked briefly in Telugu
with some persons and then turned to me. My wife Mrs. Kanthamma had some health
problem. I represented it to Bhagavan. 'I will take care of it' Swami told me. He
gave us all padanamaskar. In the afternoon, Bhagavan sent a tonic bottle with Mr.
Surayya, His aide for my wife. After taking that tonic, my wife's health became
normal without any medicine.
In 1975, I came again with my brother Mr. Nagi Reddy. Swami called us for interview.
He materialised a gold medallion and gave it to my brother. 'Wear it as raksha in
a chain around your neck' Swami said.
In 1976, we came again with the family of Mr. Nagi Reddy. Mr. Nagi Reddy was blessed
with a son. He prayed to Bhagavan in the darshan line to name his son. 'Sai Kiran'
Swami said and moved on.
I come here at least once a year for darshan of Bhagavan. By His grace, there has
been no health or financial or any other problem for me till now.'
