      Mr. Jayanthi Bhai M. Patel (53), a businessman, relates a few of his experiences of the Divinity of Bhagavan in his own words.

'I was originally a devotee of Shirdi Sai. In 2003, I went to Shirdi with my wife. We both did parayana of Shirdi Sai Saccharithra for seven days there. Within the next 24 hours we both did parayana of the same once again completely. We returned after a stay of 9 days in Shirdi.

On return I went to Shirdi Sai Mandir in our village. There I was told that on the ensuing Thursday, there would be a video show after bhajan. On that Thursday we were shown a video film on Bhagavan Sri Sathya Sai. They told us that Sri Sathya Sai is a reincarnate of Srirdi sai. That is how I came into Parthi Sai fold.

In 2005, I went to Prasanthi Nilayam for Diwali. I got first line in the token and had good darshan. Diwali is an important festival for us, Gujarathis. We open now accounts. The day after Diwali is our New Year day. So I stayed for three days.

I came to Prasanthi Nilayam again in November 2005 for seva for Birthday celebrations of Bhagavan. Then I wrote a letter to Swami and prayed for fulfilment of three desires. One is that I wanted to construct a new house for rent only; more spacious so that I could have a separate pooja room. The second is marriage of my son into a respectable family with a girl of his liking blessed by Swami. The third is my son should have his own office and business independently and get settled.

On return, a friend told me 'my house has fallen vacant. Come and see.' It was a good house to my liking and I purchased it. Thus my first desire was fulfilled within ten days. My son's marriage was consummated with a girl from a good family. On June 1, 2006, he opened a new office of his own. It was a Thursday.

So I came for seva in June, 2006, to thank Swami. This has been my third visit here since last Diwali. God willing, I want to come for Gurupoornima and Diwali making a total of five visits here in our Gujarathi year. I hope Swami will fulfil this wish, too.'
