Dr. (Mrs) C.S.Mangamma (78), a leading Medical Practitioner and a long-standing Sai devotee, relates a few of her experiences of the Divinity of Bhagavan in her own words.

'Our son, Srinivas, was indisposed. After some tests Doctors diagnosed that he was suffering from T.B. Medication was started. I went to Prasanthi Nilayam and mentioned about it to Swami.

'No! It is not T.B.', Bhagavan told me, 'stop all medicines. Give this vibhuti to him'. Swami materialized vibhuti for him and gave it to me. After taking the vibhiti, his fever disappeared. He has become all right. Later, Swami gave him seat in His school. After graduating in Medicine, Swami appointed him as a Cardiologist at the Super Specialities Hospital at Puttaparthi where he worked from 1995 - 98. He is now practicing at Visakhapatnam.

In 1980, we went to Prasanthi Nilayam. Swami told us, 'I have not performed any marriages in your house. I will perform your daughter's marriage'. When my daughter Sailaja was reluctant to marry, Swami convinced her to agree to marry. He selected the bridegroom and fixed the date as August 24, 1981. At the marriage in Brindavan, He materialized Mangalasutram with pasuputhadu (thin rope smeared with turmeric used to hold Mangalasutrams). The thin rope was wet as if turmeric was smeared on it just then. When Swami held His hand on the couple while the bridegroom was tying Mangalasutram around the neck of my daughter, a shower of Akshatas, materialized by Him, fell from His hand on the couple. After the wedding, Swami gave us all Padanamaskar and vibhuti, which He had materialized.

In 1984, I had cardiac problem. At Chennai, I underwent tests. Doctors said, 'you have blocks in the heart. Get yourself operated within 3 months to avoid risk'. I came to Prasanthi Nilayam. My son who was then studying at Prasanthi Nilayam mentioned about it to Him.

'No need for surgery', Swami told my son; 'I will take care of her'. Later, I had a dream. Swami appeared in the dream and waved His hand over my chest. My cardiac problem disappeared. I have had no trouble with my heart since then.

When we visited Prasanthi Nilayam in the year of Shashthipurti of my husband, Mr. Ramana, Swami materialized two rings for us. When the ring put on my finger by my husband was tight, Swami took it back, waved it and put it on my finger Himself which then fit exactly.'
